Most permanent roles are well suited to a retained (committed) approach.
Interim assignments tend to be contingent.

Base salaries tend to be between £80,000 and £250,000.
What levels do you operate at?
We tend to recruit candidates for roles paying salaries between £80,000 and £250,000.

How do you resource an assignment?
We have a truly collaborative approach with one Director overseeing each assignment and then pulling on the knowledge and network of everyone in the team (many other recruiters work in silos). The Director who takes the brief delivers the full client and candidate experience. We don’t delegate the assignment to more junior colleagues.
